Experienced Mortgage Professional

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to provide mortgage advice and various other services related to the home buying process to our customers. With a strong emphasis on customer service, we are well known throughout the mortgage and protection industry for our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve personal sales results
- Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
- Refer every client to the Protection Team for advice
- Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards
- Maintain daily structure
- Build relationship with Foxtons within the office (where appropriate)
- Mortgage case volumes
- KPIs – file audit grades, test results, case vetting
- RBMs grade
- Protection referral levels
- Client feedback
- Competent Adviser Status achieved
- Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus
This role will involve working from our Central London office in Holborn 4 days a week, with one day working from home.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year experience with full CeMap qualifications. The ideal candidate will have:
