About The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Mortgage Adviser to provide expert mortgage advice and related services to our customers at Foxtons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet personal sales targets
  • Adhere to principles of treating customers fairly
  • Refer every client to the Protection Team for advice
  • Comply with company terms and conditions, compliance, and submission standards
  • Maintain a daily structure
  • Build relationships with internal teams, including Foxtons

Performance Metrics:

  • Mortgage case volumes
  • KPIs – file audit grades, test results, case vetting
  • RBMs grade
  • Protection referral levels
  • Client feedback
  • Competent Adviser Status achieved
  • Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus

Work Environment:

This role involves working from our Central London office in Holborn four days a week, with one day working from home.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with full CeMap qualifications
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task and work to prescribed deadlines
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to work with minimal levels of supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent computer literacy
