About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to provide mortgage advice and various other services related to the home buying process to our customers. With a strong emphasis on customer service, we are well known throughout the mortgage and protection industry for our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve personal sales results
  • Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
  • Refer every client to the Protection Team for advice
  • Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards
  • Maintain daily structure
  • Build relationship with Foxtons within the office (where appropriate)
Performance Metrics
  • Mortgage case volumes
  • KPIs – file audit grades, test results, case vetting
  • RBMs grade
  • Protection referral levels
  • Client feedback
  • Competent Adviser Status achieved
  • Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus
Work Environment

This role will involve working from our Central London office in Holborn 4 days a week, with one day working from home.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year experience with full CeMap qualifications. The ideal candidate will have:
