Company Overview

Chubb Fire & Security Group is in search of a Regional Sales Administrator to enhance our dedicated team. This position is crucial for delivering vital administrative assistance to facilitate the efficient functioning of the Sales division. You will collaborate closely with Sales Executives, Operations Managers, and Sales Managers to provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate documentation of client details
  • Fostering strong connections with Sales Management and team members to ensure effective communication
  • Providing efficient administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Processing client sales orders promptly
  • Informing the sales teams of any modifications to sales orders
  • Preparing customer job packs for installation teams
  • Meeting established KPIs and SLAs
  • Managing internal inquiries to resolve issues
  • Collaborating with various departments including Sales and Assessors
  • Completing additional administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity
  • Background in customer service
  • Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive approach with excellent prioritization abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team
