Role Overview

CV Library is delighted to be supporting a well-established and dynamic Planning Team. We are seeking a driven individual to support and enhance the planning consultancy services. You'll lead innovative planning projects with a diverse workload, from rural diversification schemes to bespoke residential developments.

  • Bespoke Client Advice: Provide tailored advice to clients on planning matters.
  • Planning Applications: Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications, including detailed reports.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong working relationships, managing project teams including architects, landscape architects, highways, drainage, and ecology consultants.
  • Project Leadership: Lead project meetings and negotiations to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, time recording, and invoicing for projects.
  • IT Proficiency: Good understanding of Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
  • Engage in diverse and interesting planning projects.

About the Role: As a Planning Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of planners to deliver high-quality planning services to clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
