As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with our residents, based on trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Supporting residents to undertake their rehabilitation programme, which may include activities such as therapy, education, and leisure pursuits.
  • Establishing effective methods of communication with residents, including those with complex needs or barriers to communication.
  • Providing support with activities of daily living and personal care, as needed.
  • Communicating any issues or concerns to the clinical team, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care.
  • Accurately recording and reporting work activities, ensuring that our residents receive consistent and high-quality care.
