Position Overview:
Our client, Cammach Bryant, is seeking a Compliance Lead for a permanent role. This position will involve overseeing the daily pre-disbursement compliance evaluations of supplier invoices, addressing non-compliance issues, and managing invoice disputes in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough compliance checks on contracts to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Supervise the compliance team, ensuring equitable distribution of tasks and timely completion of key responsibilities.
- Generate monthly reports that highlight significant trends and the current status of compliance issues.
- Execute daily invoice verifications, ensuring accuracy in rates, personnel, and equipment to maximize reimbursement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company protocols regarding contract administration, including amendments and variation orders.
- Participate in external audits and address any actions that arise.
- Collaborate with internal staff and external contractors to resolve outstanding compliance issues and invoice disputes.
- Analyze invoice trends to identify recurring issues and develop improved business processes.
- Propose enhancements to invoice processing and contract management procedures.
- Liaise with Contract Representatives and Engineers to identify necessary contract amendments.

Qualifications:
- HND or equivalent in a finance-related field is required.
- Experience in cost control administration, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
- Familiarity with contractual and commercial documentation is essential.
- Proficient in SAP and other relevant databases/software necessary for this role.
- Comprehensive understanding of Company Management Procedures (CMS), including Delegation of Authority and Contract Administration.
