About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Goodwins Hall Care Home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our Team Leader to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the care team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care outcomes.
  • Assist and motivate the care team to deliver outstanding care, celebrating individual achievements and helping team members reach their full potential.
  • Manage supervision, appraisal, and performance management of the care team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Carry out enhanced clinical care duties, including monitoring vital signs and urine output, and providing clinical observations.
Requirements
  • A passion for care and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Experience in a care position, with a proven track record of leading, empowering, supporting, and motivating a team.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
