Job Title: SHE Manager, Food Manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Lincolnshire

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SHE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, and Environment legal requirements, policies, standards, and procedures for a busy food manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Health, Safety, and Environment legal requirements, policies, standards, and procedures are compliant with current legislation and company policy.
  • Uphold environmental permit conditions, coordinate business actions with enforcement authorities/loss adjusters, and promote a culture of continuous improvement of Health and Safety.
  • Coordinate SHE training, design, implement, monitor, and report on SHE performance while delivering SHE targets and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience as SHE Manager in a Food or FMCG manufacturing business.
  • Diploma level NEBOSH H&S and Environmental qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal, presentation skills, and written.
  • Ability to influence at a senior level and champion/implement change.
  • Demonstrable compliance to legislation.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, day role based at site.
