Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SHE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, and Environment legal requirements, policies, standards, and procedures for a busy food manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with current legislation and company policy regarding Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Uphold environmental permit conditions and coordinate business actions with enforcement authorities and loss adjusters.
- Promote and drive a culture of continuous improvement of Health and Safety.
- Coordinate SHE training, design, implement, monitor, and report on SHE performance.
- Deliver SHE targets and strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience as SHE Manager in a Food or FMCG manufacturing business.
- Diploma level NEBOSH H&S and Environmental qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, verbal, presentation skills, and written.
- Ability to influence at a senior level and champion / implement change.
- Demonstrable compliance to legislation.
Working Hours:
This is a Monday-Friday day role based at site.
