SHE Manager for Food Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced SHE Manager to join our team at a busy food manufacturing site in Lincolnshire. As SHE Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Health, Safety, and Environment legal requirements, policies, standards, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and company policy
  • Uphold environmental permit conditions
  • Coordinate business actions with enforcement authorities and loss adjusters
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement of Health and Safety
  • Coordinate SHE training and design, implement, monitor, and report on SHE performance

Requirements:

  • Experience as SHE Manager in a Food or FMCG manufacturing business
  • Diploma level NEBOSH H&S and Environmental qualification or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, verbal, presentation, and written
  • Ability to influence at a senior level and champion / implement change
  • Demonstrable compliance to legislation
