Key Responsibilities

* Lead new product development projects from concept to launch.
* Collaborate with customers to develop tailor-made solutions.
* Research trends and bring new, innovative ideas to the table.
* Manage trials, ensuring products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Present ideas and prototypes to both internal stakeholders and customers.



Requirements

* Strong passion for food innovation.
* Experience in a food manufacturing or NPD environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead customer meetings and presentations.
* Creative thinker who loves working with diverse teams to bring ideas to life.
