As an NPD Technologist, you'll be at the heart of product development, driving innovation and working closely with both customers and internal teams to develop delicious, market-leading products. This is a customer-facing role, where your creativity, technical expertise, and ability to understand trends will play a key part in shaping the future of our client’s product range.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading new product development projects from concept through to launch.
  • Working collaboratively with customers to develop tailor-made solutions.
  • Researching trends and bringing new, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Managing trials, ensuring products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Presenting ideas and prototypes to both internal stakeholders and customers.


What we’re looking for:

  • A strong passion for food innovation.
  • Experience in a food manufacturing or NPD environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead customer meetings and presentations.
  • A creative thinker who loves working with diverse teams to bring ideas to life.
