Job Title: Strategic Communications Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Communications Director to join our team at JFL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing valuable input into client strategies and proactive counsel on new approaches or ideas to the board and senior management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop C-Suite level relationships across all clients and comfortably initiate strategic direction where appropriate.
  • Demonstrate extensive leadership experience across PLC's and private companies looking to list on AIM or main market.
  • Confidently provide valuable input into client strategies and proactive counsel on new approaches or ideas to the board and senior management teams.
  • Formulate and articulate the investment case for listed companies in a broad range of sectors.
  • Effectively deliver best practice whilst contributing to the growth of existing clients and new business.
  • Demonstrate a broad personal network in the industry.
  • Support on retention and development of staff by undertaking regular reviews and identifying training requirements for direct reports and junior colleagues.
  • Undertake retained and project-based fee negotiations with clients and maintain a happy commercial working relationship, improving client account profitability while maintaining high service levels.
