Operations Director - Southampton 4-day working week

We are seeking an Operations Director to become a vital part of our Turtle Bay Family in Southampton.

Our Operations Directors are exceptional mentors, hosts, entertainers, and leaders who play a crucial role in our teams. They infuse energy into our establishments and ensure that everything is set for our guests to enjoy a delightful experience.

In this role, you will spearhead development and training initiatives, optimize sales and restaurant performance, and uphold high standards while collaborating with remarkable teams to create an unforgettable Caribbean atmosphere for our patrons.
