About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Fedcap Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sustainable employment of disadvantaged people within our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promoting Awareness and Building Relationships

You will be responsible for promoting an awareness of Fedcap's services and benefits, as well as developing relationships with local businesses to carve out job positions beneficial to both employers and individuals served.

Meeting Targets and KPIs

You will work towards agreed targets and KPIs, ensuring that you meet personal, team, and business objectives.

Supporting Internal Teams

You will support internal teams, including Employment Advisers and Tutors, to better prepare customers through a shared understanding of job specifications and requirements.

Planning and Conducting Events

You will plan and conduct events such as jobs fairs and employer days, working in a collaborative manner with both external partners and internal colleagues to minimize duplication of effort.

Requirements
  • Experience and Knowledge

You will have experience of business development, account management, sales, and meeting targets, as well as knowledge of the local, regional, and national labor market.

Legislative Employment Regulations

You will have an understanding of employer's needs, experience of training needs analysis (TNA's) and organizational needs analysis (ONA's), translating these into fit-for-purpose programs and services.

Key Competencies

You will possess adaptability, communication, results-focused, relationship and rapport-building, resilience, and quality and compliance skills.
