About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As an Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing existing client relationships and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Insurance Expertise: Offer expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to designated Account Executives or Small Business Units, handling quotations, new business, mid-term amendments, and renewals.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • General Insurance Experience: Proven experience in general insurance, either broking or underwriting.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Administrative Skills: Effective planning, administration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally represent the company.
