Skilled Joiner and Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Joiner with multi-skills to join our dynamic team at Howells Solutions Ltd. As a crucial member of our construction and maintenance division, you will play a key role in ensuring the upkeep, improvement, and safety of social housing units.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out joinery and multi-trades work to a high standard, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain social housing units, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, ensuring the efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to resident queries and concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Joiner with multi-skills, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
- Valid qualifications and certifications relevant to the role, such as NVQs or City & Guilds.
