About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Joiner with multi-skilled capabilities to join our dynamic team at Howells Recruitment.

As a crucial member of our construction and maintenance division, you will play a key role in ensuring the upkeep, improvement, and safety of social housing units.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Execute high-quality joinery work in social housing units, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
  2. Perform a range of multi-skilled tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, to ensure the efficient completion of projects.
  3. Assess and repair various components within social housing units, utilizing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  4. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents and colleagues.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a joiner with multi-skilled capabilities, with relevant certifications in joinery and/or multi-skilled trades.
  2. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction and maintenance, with a strong commitment to adhering to these protocols.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
