About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team, responsible for undertaking various planned and reactive tasks, from complex repairs to minor plumbing issues.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Undertaking reactive and remedial repairs as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk, including plumbing installations, heating installations, and ventilation systems.
- Providing exceptional maintenance services to our high-profile clients, delivering to the highest quality standards in all areas of performance.
- Using their own initiative to solve complicated technical problems associated with reactive maintenance activities, including sourcing parts and materials and seeking manufacturer technical support.
- Providing detailed write-ups of work carried out to ensure our clients are kept up to date at all times.
- Carrying out all works within agreed timescales and to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with current regulations and contract specifications.
- Reporting and recording procedures, including operation and maintenance logs and control measures to minimize risks.
- Liaising closely with our control hub to ensure efficient response to all works, either working on their own or as part of a team.
- Observing the highest levels of health and safety at all times, including carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task to ensure the best possible working practices are adhered to.
- Dealing with a variety of clients on a daily basis, representing the company and being courteous and professional in their dealings with them at all times.
- Providing regular out-of-hours cover on a rota system.
