Internal Sales Executive

**About the Role**

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused sales professional to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, building relationships with new and existing customers, and providing product information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries to build relationships with new and existing customers
* Provide product information and offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs
* Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records
* Work closely with external sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, earning attractive commission

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Results-driven with a proactive attitude
