Job Description

**Executive Assistant to the President**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our President. This is a challenging and fast-paced role that requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Manage the President's schedule, including calendar management, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
  • Special Projects: Coordinate and oversee special projects, initiatives, and strategic priorities assigned by the President, working closely with relevant teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research, collect data, follow up on action items, and provide regular updates to the President and other stakeholders.
  • Communication: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to the President's style and preferences.
  • Information Management: Manage the flow of information into and out of the President's office, including disseminating internal communications from the President, managing incoming requests, and preparing outgoing communications.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and relevant news to provide timely updates and insights to the President and Group executives.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of EPG policies, practices, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience in project managing events and coordinating with teams.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong long-term relationships at all levels and influence stakeholders.
  • Private Equity/M&A Experience: Experience in the Private Equity/M&A industry.
