About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Hive Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in scaling our fulfillment operations by building new and challenging existing processes.

As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing feasibility assessments and business cases by analyzing current internal processes, identifying bottlenecks and solutions to improve the overall efficiency, quality, and cost of our fulfillment business line.
  • Applying lean management philosophy to all your projects, challenging existing status quo on the agile workflow of processes.
  • Driving user-centric strategies to improve the adoption and sustainability of newly rolled out processes with our operations teams.
  • Working closely with our tech team to conceive and implement software features to the in-house Warehouse Management Software.
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders from support, fulfillment center, growth to senior leadership in assessments to make smart decisions and meet KPIs and SLAs, working on projects related to improving outbound efficiency, reducing mistake rates, and further.
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in process excellence. You should have a passion for working with processes and structuring workflows, with a focus on efficiency improvements. You should be a solution-oriented thinker that easily engages team members across multiple workstreams, convincing stakeholders with a structured approach to solving complex situations.

  • You have excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You speak English fluently (German not required).
  • Good to have: You have gained some knowledge working in fulfillment teams before.
