Job Title: Account Director – Commercial Lead

About the Role:

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Account Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  5. Financial Management: Have a deep understanding of the financial status of the client portfolio and develop processes to accurately forecast upcoming workloads.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a commercial or account management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
