Your Responsibilities:- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to your team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies that align with our vision for success.
- Maintain high standards of service and compliance in all areas of the pub, ensuring consistency even in the absence of the General Manager.
- Cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, making them feel valued and appreciated.
