**Job Summary**
Change Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join their team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager in the running of various domestic construction projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in managing trades, employed staff, and project programs to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the procurement and ordering of materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Maintain and manage project accounts, providing accurate reports to the Senior Project Manager.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Ensure that all work on-site adheres to our high standards of quality and safety.
- Ad-hoc support to management and senior project managers.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience working within project management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident using MS Excel and other software packages.
- Numerate, with the ability to estimate jobs and tender for new business.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
**What We Offer:**
A competitive salary of between £25k and £30k, depending on experience, and the opportunity to learn from an experienced team within excellent offices.
