Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Darwin Escapes in the UK. This is a permanent position to work full-time hours, with a variable schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of kitchen duties, including pot washing, collecting and cleaning crockery and utensils, and assisting with food preparation. They will also work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable
- Catering qualifications and Level 3 Food Safety are an advantage
- A driving license and ability to drive is an advantage for easy travel to and from the resort
