**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will assist the Managing Director with various financial duties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare the monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting to ensure accurate financial projections.
- Reconcile the balance sheet and ensure accurate financial records.
- Process bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely manner.
- Perform general finance administration tasks to support the finance team.
**Requirements:**
We are looking for an AAT level 4 qualified professional with similar experience in management accounting. You must have a strong MS Excel skillset and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
