Senior Solutions Architect Role - Competitive Salary - Hybrid Work Model

The Bridge Ltd is collaborating with a prominent financial services firm to find a Senior Solutions Architect. This role is crucial for providing expert guidance in technology and application solutions, spearheading the development and execution of innovative and cost-efficient technology strategies across diverse platforms. The Senior Solutions Architect will significantly influence the realization of the organization's IT Strategy by ensuring the deployment of robust technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Execution: Direct both internal and external teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective technology solutions across various sectors.
  • Expertise in Solutions: Act as a domain authority and representative for the architecture team, serving as the main contact within your area of expertise.
  • Technology Alignment: Align business needs with suitable technology solutions across multiple systems.
  • Performance Management: Guarantee that applications and systems meet user expectations, continually evolving and enhancing them.
  • Roadmap Development: Contribute to the formulation of application roadmaps, identifying software lifecycle risks and advancing the technology framework.
  • Design Oversight & Guidance: Facilitate design assurance within the architecture team, mentoring colleagues and the broader IT community.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all IT modifications are governed correctly and are in alignment with application roadmaps and the overarching IT strategy, standards, and practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of architecture, including Enterprise, Solution, and Application design.
  • Extensive knowledge of all stages of the project life cycle.
  • Familiarity with IT solutions in financial services, mobile technology, CRM, contact center technologies, and web application architecture (including Content Management Systems).
  • Proficient understanding of Change Management processes and Project Management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and resources in a matrix environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and focus on cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
