Role Overview:

In the capacity of a Lead Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and integrating the design and governance of the organization’s software products. You will adopt a collaborative approach, working closely with various internal teams to ensure the delivery of technical solutions that align with both business objectives and member needs, while maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design scalable architectural solutions, defining both functional and non-functional requirements, and translating these into technical specifications while mitigating risks.

· Collaborate with the delivery team, providing expert guidance to ensure adherence to best practices.

· Document architectural designs across all domains, ensuring alignment with established architecture processes.

· Stay informed about technological advancements and processes that add value, aligning them with the organization’s current and future requirements.

· Work alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to foster consensus on architectural decisions that lead to positive outcomes.

· Partner with the Architecture team to establish appropriate standards, roadmaps, and design patterns.

Qualifications:

· A degree or higher qualification in a relevant field such as computer science or software engineering.

· Extensive experience in Solution Architecture, including the development of software architecture designs and IT architecture frameworks.

· Proficiency in system integration and interoperability with cloud computing services.

· Comprehensive understanding of architecture concepts, including desktop, web-based, and microservices architectures.

· In-depth knowledge of programming principles, software development, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including security measures.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and environments.
