Senior Solutions Architect Role - Competitive Salary - Hybrid Working

The Bridge Ltd is collaborating with a prominent financial services firm to find a Senior Solutions Architect. This position is crucial for serving as a subject matter authority in technology and application solutions, guiding the development and execution of innovative and cost-efficient technology strategies across diverse platforms. The Senior Solutions Architect will significantly influence the realization of the client's Group IT Strategy by ensuring the deployment of effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Execution: Direct both internal and external teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective technology solutions across various sectors.
  • Domain Expertise: Act as a domain specialist and champion for the architecture team, serving as the primary contact within your designated area.
  • Solution Development: Align business needs with suitable technology solutions across multiple systems.
  • System Optimization: Guarantee that applications and systems meet user expectations, continuously enhancing and maintaining them.
  • Application Strategy: Assist in formulating application strategies, identifying software end-of-life challenges, and evolving the technology landscape.
  • Design Quality & Mentorship: Promote design quality within the architecture team, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the broader IT community.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all IT modifications are appropriately governed and align with application strategies and overall IT objectives, standards, and practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of architecture, including Enterprise, Solution, and Application design.
  • Extensive knowledge of all stages of the project life cycle.
  • Familiarity with financial services IT solutions, mobile technology, CRM, contact center technologies, and web application architecture (including Content Management Systems).
  • Proficient in Change Management processes and Project Management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and resources in a Matrix structure.
  • In-depth knowledge and focus on cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
