Senior Solutions Architect Role - Competitive Salary - Hybrid Working

The Bridge Ltd is collaborating with a prominent financial services provider to find a Senior Solutions Architect. This role is essential for providing expert guidance in technology and application solutions, spearheading the development and implementation of innovative and efficient technology strategies across diverse platforms. The Senior Solutions Architect will be instrumental in advancing the client's IT Strategy by ensuring the execution of robust technological frameworks.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Execution: Direct both internal and external teams to deliver cutting-edge, cost-efficient technology solutions across various sectors.
  • Expert Knowledge: Act as a key expert and advocate for the architecture division, serving as the main contact for your designated area.
  • Solution Development: Align business needs with suitable technology solutions across multiple systems.
  • System Optimization: Guarantee that applications and systems meet user expectations, while continuously enhancing and maintaining them.
  • Application Strategy: Contribute to the formulation of application strategies, identifying software lifecycle risks and evolving the technological environment.
  • Design Oversight & Guidance: Facilitate design oversight within the architecture team, mentoring colleagues and the broader IT community.
  • Governance & Consistency: Ensure that all IT modifications are appropriately governed and aligned with application strategies and overarching IT objectives, standards, and practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of architecture, encompassing Enterprise, Solution, and Application design.
  • Extensive knowledge of all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with IT solutions in financial services, mobile technology, CRM, contact center technologies, and web application architecture (including Content Management Systems).
  • Proficient understanding of Change Management processes and Project Management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and resources within a Matrix structure.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and focus on cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
