About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Quantitative Developer to join our team at Winston Fox, a leading financial institution. As a key member of our Quant Trading team, you will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated algorithmic execution strategies.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of research, trading, and programming, with a focus on Global Equities. You will be part of an award-winning algo trading team, trading over $1 trillion in volume.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop sophisticated statistical models to drive trading decisions
  • Design and implement algorithmic execution strategies to optimize trading outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate trading algorithms with market data feeds
  • Develop and maintain live production systems and trading infrastructure
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative trading or related field
  • Proficiency in C++ and experience with Python or Matlab
  • Strong background in applied mathematics, with knowledge of mathematical modeling, time series analysis, and convex optimization
  • Experience with execution algorithms and quant APIs
  • Strong subject matter knowledge in Execution, including microstructure, market impact, toxicity, trade scheduling, slippage, and TCA
