Youth Support Specialist

Position Overview - Support Worker:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting children and young adults in their daily living activities on a 2:1 basis. Your support will help foster independence and enhance their quality of life.
Working Hours:
- Long Day Sleeps: 8am - 11pm / 11pm - 8am (Sleep)
- 12 Hour Shifts: 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am
Compensation:
Hourly rates range from £15 to £20, depending on the level of challenge presented by the individual and the nature of the shift.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in supporting children or young adults.
- Familiarity with conditions such as ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and autism is essential.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient spoken English is required.
