We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Lead to enhance our client's workforce strategy. This vital position is designed to facilitate the ongoing development and prosperity of the organization. The HR Lead will provide effective HR support and advisory services throughout the company, addressing all personnel-related issues. Flexibility and the willingness to travel between various office sites are crucial.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a proactive business partnering service, overseeing employee relations, workforce planning, and ongoing professional development.
  • Provide comprehensive HR guidance on employment terms, conditions, and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Oversee all HR administrative functions and maintain records in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the Recruitment and Onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and pre-employment assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department on intricate payroll inquiries and act as a point of escalation for transactional matters.
  • Generate HR KPI reports and offer insights to shape future policies and practices.
  • Advise Line Managers on occupational health referrals, absence management, and return-to-work processes.
  • Contribute to the formulation and revision of HR policies within the framework of employment legislation.
  • Establish the HR strategy, objectives, and vision.
  • Engage in HR project initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Candidate Profile:

  • A solid educational background with a recognized HR qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 5) or substantial equivalent experience in leading an HR function.
  • A commitment to HR evidenced by ongoing professional development.
  • Strong grasp of HR practices and current employment legislation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing policies and procedures across diverse teams and locations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building robust relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in managing complex change and development projects.
  • Experience in dealing with employment matters, including conduct, grievances, and performance management.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with integrated payroll and HR systems.
