We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join our small, busy function at Michael Page Human Resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR operational matters and working closely with our Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our organisation's overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to identify and implement HR initiatives and projects
  • Coach and develop management and leadership teams to enhance their HR skills and capabilities
  • Take ownership of the employee engagement survey and ensure actions are implemented to improve employee satisfaction
  • Continuously review and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure they are effective and efficient
  • Lead a small HR team and manage complex employee relations and escalations
  • Contribute to organisational growth plans and participate in team engagement initiatives
  • Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the organisation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, with a strong background in HR operations and strategy
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship-building skills
  • CIPD Level 7 (or willingness to work towards) is preferred but not essential
