Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Senior

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner Senior. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for building effective working relationships with key stakeholders in your business area to drive a variety of people-related initiatives and support with all day-to-day people-related activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Business Leaders to fully understand their remit and effectively support with all people-related matters
  • Promote best practice across the business, presenting HR matters in a clear way to ensure managers implement HR policies and practices
  • Work with line managers to identify key talent to retain and progress/up-skill employees
  • Collaborate with the Resourcing team to improve recruitment and on-boarding
  • Build key relationships with Trade Unions and on-site representatives

Our ideal candidate will have a good understanding of all aspects of HR management, including experience in dealing with Trade Unions, TUPE, and complex employee relations cases. This is a hybrid role, where you will work a couple of days from home and spend the other days travelling to sites across the region. The role comes with a competitive benefits package, including a car allowance, and a base salary of £45,000 - £50,000.
