Job Title: HR Business Partner

Michael Page Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team on a part-time basis. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's HR needs, providing guidance and advice to employees and management alike.

About the Role:

This is a busy generalist position with a focus on employee relations casework. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of employee relations issues, collaborating with senior management to identify HR issues and propose solutions, and guiding and advising stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to team members
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR issues and propose solutions
  • Guide and advise stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Monitor HR metrics and report on performance
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a proven background in a similar role and confidence in dealing with a wide range of employee relations matters. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
