We are seeking a highly motivated and agile Business Development Executive to join our team at Consilium Recruit. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and execute revenue-generating activities across our training centres to drive commercial growth.
  • Proactively identify and create sales leads from targeted customers to support annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class outcomes and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop a pipeline of customer engagements and opportunities that complement our core sales activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Support account management activities and manage a small portfolio of clients to ensure long-term relationships and revenue growth.
  • Conduct health and safety employer premises compliance visits to ensure all necessary measures are in place.
  • Represent our organisation at regional and national events to promote our brand and services.
  • Support other teams as required, including STEM events and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will have/be:
  • Knowledge of engineering and apprenticeships, with a strong understanding of the sales process and terminology.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Financially literate and numerate, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key decision-makers at companies, up to director level.
  • Ability to understand and address the needs and priorities of clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to engage with internal stakeholders to ensure products and services meet client needs.
