The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foodservice Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new accounts, and maintaining existing relationships with key customers in the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the foodservice sector, including contract catering, OOH national accounts, and foodservice wholesalers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Business to Business (B2B), to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in foodservice sales, new business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the foodservice industry, including contract catering, OOH national accounts, and foodservice wholesalers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
