Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Amplifon. As a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the diary to the highest standards, and generating revenue through effective promotion and selling of add-on products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diary to ensure the perfect mix of sales & service appointments for both new and existing customers.
  • Regularly review the clinic customer database to identify appointment opportunities and increase clinic performance.
  • Personalize welcome calls to maximize attendance and show appreciation for the benefit of this towards driving revenue.
  • Play an active role in generating revenue by scheduling appointments with customers and prospects in the shortest lead time possible.
  • Manage the relationship with existing and potential customers to offer appropriate promotions, appointments, and hearing solutions.
  • Manage the look & feel of the store in line with Amplifon guidelines & standards.
  • Manage stock levels in the shop to ensure the right amount of products are available.

Requirements:

  • Total customer devotion and a real people champion to ensure the clinic is successful and the needs of the customer are always met.
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and previous experience of working on internal databases or appointment booking systems.
  • Sales skills with the ability to support audiologists in achieving sales targets.
  • A pro-active mindset with a willingness to be flexible, agile & react positively to change.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with other HAAs, CCCs, and all Support Office departments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership to solve problems.
  • Understanding of and commitment to the Amplifon vision & values.
  • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to plan and prioritize your own workload.
