Job Overview
Position: Full-time Technician (37.5 hours per week)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated individual to join our HSDU Team. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training to ensure the delivery of high-quality sterilized products and services to both internal and external clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare goods and services for clients utilizing all departmental areas.
- Assist in the distribution of sterile and clean supplies to various departments.
- Operate equipment such as washer disinfectors and sterilizers.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
- Support inventory management and stock control.
- Provide assistance to senior departmental personnel.
- Contribute to a motivated and skilled workforce while adhering to high-quality standards.
- Comply with established systems for recording, collating, monitoring, and providing feedback on relevant information.
- Oversee production within HSDU, ensuring adherence to priority requests and contractual turnaround times.
- Uphold the Trust and departmental values and behaviors consistently among all HSDU staff.
- Previous experience in a Sterile Services Department is essential.
