About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic Head Office accounts team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing rent arrears, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rent Arrears Management: Chase and manage rent arrears, ensuring timely payments and resolving any disputes.
  • Email Management: Respond to and manage incoming emails, providing clear and concise communication to our clients.
  • Payment Processing: Conduct monthly payment runs to landlords and contractors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Bank Account Management: Manage and reconcile bank accounts, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deposit Registration: Ensure deposits are properly registered, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Auditing: Conduct contract and let sheet audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Reporting: Complete reports as required for landlords and management, providing clear and concise information.
  • Support: Provide support to branches and landlords, including regular meetings and training new staff.
  • General Support: Assist the Client Accounts Manager and Financial Director with general accounts and administration tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience: Background in Administration, Customer Service, or Credit Control.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to maintain a methodical and logical approach, making work easy to understand for others.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Prioritization: Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all tasks.
