Position Overview

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator with a passion for teaching young learners? We are seeking a qualified and caring Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our team.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Teaching a class of 10 Reception-aged students with diverse learning challenges and autism.
  • Implementing tailored educational strategies to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
  • Collaborating with experienced support staff to provide effective interventions.
  • Adapting the curriculum to accommodate a wide range of abilities and additional requirements.
Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid QTS status or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs and challenging behaviors.
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Creativity and a forward-thinking approach to teaching.
