About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Host Supervisor to join our team at Puttshack. As a Host Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing and training our Hosts, who are the first point of contact for our guests. You'll ensure our Hosts understand the venue's operations and can provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train Hosts to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure Hosts understand the venue's operations and can articulate this to guests
  • Be the first point of escalation for any issues that arise
