About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Host to join our team at JLL. As a Client Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment
- Assist with internal and external bookings, ensuring meeting rooms are set up to the highest standard
- Ensure all facilities and public areas are maintained to the expected JLL standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure their needs are met
- Provide support as required by the Client Services Supervisor and other support teams
Requirements
- Good educational background and strong command of written and spoken English
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or hotel reception environment
- Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone manner
- Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Immaculate presentation and strong team player with ability to multi-task and prioritize work commitments
