About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team at Apogee Corporation Limited. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and efficiency in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding of new sales personnel, ensuring they are equipped to make a significant impact from day one.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify and remove barriers, streamlining the sales process and enhancing overall performance.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that ensure quality and consistency across all sales functions, including client profiling and strategic sales planning.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to boost new business conversion rates and optimize performance.
  • Design and execute long-term strategies to support and grow the effectiveness of our sales teams.
