Job Title: Sales - Back Office Supervisor

Willis Global Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales - Back Office Supervisor to join their team in London. As a Sales - Back Office Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales function and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide after-sales support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and manage the Back Office Sales Team, providing robust training and guidance to ensure team members are equipped to succeed.
  • Process and acknowledge orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage open order reports, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional communication and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist the Sales Supervisor in various projects and initiatives, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar sales back office or after-sales customer service role.
  • Experience in supervising or leading teams, with a track record of success.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
  • Highly dynamic and energetic, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Advanced planning and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic and changing work environment, with a strong ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
