About the Role

Cochlear is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Addlestone. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of our customer marketing programme for Acoustics products within the Atlantics region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a customer-centric marketing strategy to build awareness, educate, and engage Referring and Implant Professionals in the hearing implant sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engagement, Sales, and Clinical Research, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing solutions.
  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to enhance Cochlear's ability to engage, influence, and support the patient pathway.
  • Work with the Marketing Director and Product Managers to develop and deliver a programme of work to support business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive marketing experience, preferably within the Medical devices industry.
  • Proven ability to gain and analyse customer insight.
  • Strong marketing communications skills, including copywriting, campaign development, and collateral creation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect and engage with key stakeholders.
