Market Development Manager, Northern Europe

CHEP, a leading global provider of supply chain solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Manager to drive business growth in Northern Europe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a market development strategy to drive business growth in Northern Europe
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, and supply chain teams to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze market performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing successful market strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the supply chain industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial or business development roles
  • Proven experience in market research and analysis, with ability to develop and execute strategic plans
